This video from Teen Vogue is entitled "My Culture is Not A Costume". It features the voices of several BIPOC folks explaining why wearing someone's culture as a costume is demeaning and an erasure of that culture's history. It's a term called Cultural Appropriation and this video could be used with teens or pre-teens easily around this time of year as Halloween approaches.
